With Rainbow Leather's niche focus, they needed efficient and repeatable strategies to gain leads. We prioritized a way to go about it with a focus on the biggest results in the shortest time. We also gave them options for a longer term strategy as they were seeking to gain market share as well as customer intimacy. As usual, our plan was broken into bite-sized timed chunks.
