SME.Consulting was hired to name the brand and create the entire branding strategy and ecommerce solution. We came up with the concept of a proud value shopper who appreciates a website that offers the best deals. We concluded that there is nothing prouder than a Peacock and the name PeaDeals was born.
The Challenge
Channeling a brand that would easily become synonymous with online deals and is fresh, exciting and colourful led us to create the PeaDeals visual branding.
Our Solution
We created visuals that would be used throughout a branding campaign to showcase the proud #PEADEALER. Users would receive a special badge for showcasing their savings.
SME.Consulting designed the peadeals.com website with a colour scheme that invokes a sense of a megastore. The bright contrasting colours represent the assertive nature of online deal hunters. We designed multiple banners to showcase some of the shopping categories and campaigns.
SME.Consulting came up with the short, simple and memorable name of ‘PEADEALS’ as a combination of the words ‘peacock’ and ‘deals’. A #PeaDealer is someone who is extremely active and diligent when it comes to finding the best deals online and she knows that peadeals.com is one of the best places to find them.
